Hello friends! Today our Designer, Tracy, wanted to showcase the adorable “36023-I Love You Gnomes Set“. This stamp set features several images of sweet gnomes and accessories that are just waiting to be colored up. This set holds a spot in Tracy’s heart because she just adores gnomes (as so many of us do) because they are so cute and whimsical. Because this is a card for those who love to color, Tracy included a color guide with this project! Hooray! Follow along as Tracy shows us how to create this card.

A Gnome Card for those who love to color.

How to make this card:

  • Begin this card using an A2 size white cardstock panel. Stencil the background using “4127-Stars and Circles Stencil” in a combination of the colors ‘whisper’ and ‘cedar’ from “Rubbernecker Color Fuse Set #9“.

  • Next, stamp the images to be used for the card front. As you can see, Tracy used all three of the gnomes holding the “love you” signs.
  • Tracy colored the images using Copic Markers. Choose any color scheme you’d like. (See the color guide in the photo below to see how Tracy colored her gnomes.)
  • Tracy used a white gel pen, create highlights on the images.

  • To cut the images, use the coordinating dies “36023-I Love You Gnomes Dies“. These images can also be fussy cut as well.
  • Stamp a sentiment from the set onto a pink strip of cardstock, in black ink.
  • Assemble card as you wish, or simply assemble as Tracy has done for inspiration.
  • Attach the completed card panel onto an A2 size card base.

We hope you enjoyed todays card for those who love to color! It’s always therapeutic to color. It gets our creative juices flowing and delights the senses. Love these gnomes as much as we do? Check out these posts to see additional projects created with this fun set!
