Looking for a BEE-autiful card for Spring? Todays card creation is a fun creation that’s sure to sweeten up your day!


Hey there, honey! This cute honey bee card, made by Meghan, is here just in time for spring. The bees look like they are ready to fly to the next flower. Meghan is sooooo excited to share with you her favorite stamp set from the Garden Party Release (‘36025 – Buzzy Bees Stamp Set and 36025D – Buzzy Bees Dies‘.) She loves their little faces! Meghan used Brass & Bliss Honey Combs Stencil (‘4009 – Honey Combs Stencil‘) for her background with Brass & Bliss Color Fuse Inks (Color Fuse Set #1). Follow along as she shows us the steps to recreate this fun spring card!

Step 1: Meghan started her card with the honeycomb stenciled base ‘4009 – Honey Combs Stencil‘. he S blended Brass & Bliss Color Fuse Lemon, Custard, and Autumn Inks from ‘Color Fuse Set #1‘ and splattered it with White Copic Ink Paint, Pixie Dust, and Distress Oxide Black Soot Ink. Next, she die cut black card stock using Brass & Bliss ‘5320D – Nested Scallop Half Hole Die‘ and then mounted her background on it.

Step 2: Megan colored the bees with Copic Sketch Markers Y19, Y17, Y15 and C8, C7, C6. She arranged the bees and honeycomb on her card so they look like they are in motion.

Step 3: Meghan finished her card by stamping the sentiment on the Brass & Bliss ‘5704D – Nested Tag Dies‘ and placed it in the center of the card.
