The vibrant hues of the purple and blue colors in these flowers pop against the clean white wood plank, creating a striking visual contrast. This card is not only beautiful but versatile, suitable for a variety of occasions. Whether it’s a birthday, Mother’s Day, a thank-you note, or a graduation celebration, this greeting card is sure to convey your warm wishes in a truly delightful way. The intricate details of the dimensional flowers add a touch of elegance and charm, making it a perfect choice to brighten someone’s day and bring a smile to their face.

  • To make this card, Julie used ‘5709-02D – Spring Flowers Die‘ to die cut the different flowers and leaves out of scraps of the light blue, dark blue, lavender, purple, green, yellow & pink colors.
  • She wanted a little variance in the colors, so she used ‘Detail Blending Brushes’ and ‘Color Fuse Inks Sets #5,#6, and #7‘ to add a little shading, then shaped them before putting them together.
  • 5708-02D Wood Planks Die‘ was used to die cut wood planks out of white and arranged on the bottom section. Julie added a narrow strip of marbled paper from ‘2204 – Marbled Perfection Paper Pad‘ on the left side.
  • The greeting from ‘36032 – Simple Floral #1 Stamp Set‘ was stamped and die cut using ‘36032D – Simple Floral #1 Coordinating Dies‘ and then layered with tags from ‘5704D – Nested Tag Dies‘.

These flowers were truly the best flowers to use to make this card. The card is so versatile, it can be used for any number of occasions that occur at this time of year, you may want to make more than one to have on hand.
