How to Create a Vibrant Background Using a Border Die

We love using our craft supplies in different ways! Today we are using a simple border die to make our card background POP with color and interest! Such a fun project, you don’t want to miss this!

Christina loves the new ‘5700-03D-Heart Borders Die‘ because it has three different borders included. She thinks all of the borders are super sweet and she was excited to find unique ways to use them. Christina decided to use one border die and cut a bunch of them in four analogous colors. She layered and glued these together to create a beautiful background with tons of texture that reminds her of a quilt. She heat embossed a white sentiment from ‘3412-Build a Phrase Set #1‘ on black cardstock for a striking contrast to the background. This is a simple and versatile design that could be tailored for any occasion, including birthdays, weddings or anniversaries. We hope this card design inspires you to look at your border dies differently and create something beautiful! Follow along as we show you How to Create a Vibrant Background Using a Border Die.
