Spring Thank You Card Showing Appreciation to Someone Special

Spring Thank You Card

Making a Spring ‘Thank You’ Card to show your appreciation to someone special can be an easy task, especially if you create this quick card.

As our designer, Tracy, was making this card, she was reminded how nice it feels to be appreciated and hearing a simple “Thank You” can make anyone’s day. Tracy said she needs to add more premade Thank You cards to her card box because she never knows when she will want to send someone a card to show her appreciation. She has never met a person who didn’t smile from receiving a handmade card and that is why she continues to make these wonderful designs. Tracy encourages you to create with her, as there aren’t many steps in this simple design. This card was made using items from our new ‘Garden Party’ Release. Be sure to shop the Release and check out all the fun items here.

  • Using the ‘4208 Daisy Bloom Stencil’, create a background panel. Don’t worry about centering it, as it will be trimmed down later on. Feel free to use any colors you’d like. Tracy chose ‘Color Fuse Set #6‘ ink cubes by Brass & Bliss.
  • Next use ‘5708-01D – Wood Plank Panel Die‘ to cut a panel using a light brown cardstock.
  • Trim down both the Wood Plank Panel and Daisy Bloom stenciled panel so they both fit on an A2 size card together, side by side.
  • Create a green border using green cardstock (you can tap into your scraps for this).
  • Using ”5611-08D – Bunch of Blooms Die‘, pick out one of the florals and cut it in the colored cardstock of your choice. Die cut and place this floral on the wood plank die side of the card.
  • Also, stamp, color and cut out butterflies and sentiment using ‘36032 – Simple Floral #1 Set‘ and ‘36032D – Simple Floral #1 Die‘.
  • Place finished elements on card along with a small twine bow.

This card is so springy and cute. A special someone will really appreciate receiving this card as a special ‘Thank You’. Be sure to visit Brass and Bliss on Instagram and Pinterest to see more amazing spring cards.
